Designing a Futuristic DJ Booth for Steve Aoki
When Steve Aoki challenged Goon to create a "futuristic DJ booth, like Tron," we were eager to take on the task. In addition to meeting the visual criteria, the booth needed to meet safety standards and be able to transport to different venues.
Concepts Turned into Realistic 3D Models
To ensure that the booth could be built to our specifications, we sketched out concepts that placed Aoki in digital-looking spacecrafts, control centers, escape pods, and landscapes. These sketches were then turned into 3D models with real-world measurements, providing a clear vision for builders to follow.
Booth Implemented Across Steve Aoki's World Tour
The concepts were so well received that tour directors implemented various versions of them across Steve Aoki's world tour. The resulting booth was a visually striking and futuristic experience that met all the necessary requirements and impressed fans.
